Dohyun never forced him like he did. Dohyun was a jerk but still, he gave Sungho choices. The only possible cause (if kidnapping Dohyun was for revenge) is maybe after that, a bigger catastrophe happened in his life causing him to blame everything to Dohyun, and he forgot that he made the choice in the first place.

I think when talking to Noona about her boyfriend, Hyunwoo relates the story with him and Subin. That makes him feel that the person who Subin is dating, is just his subtitute. But Subin still ignores him despite of his call and messages, then he starts to feel the danger. He is just too comfortable with being loved without the need to reciprocate the love. And now he don't want anyone with Subin and he also don't want Subin because of his "I'm confused" shit. Tell me why I should like Hyunwoo.
