I wish more MCs had the "Wait, that's illegal" realisation. I know that "Oh, that's fucked up. I should work on that" would be a better thing to aim for, but let's be realistic, it's never happening with these MCs. He seems to have tempered down the worst of his impulses anyways. Maybe he'll improve with time?
