I dont usually say this but PERIOD.
Also, the little brother's story is sad, but he died because of his fellow clan members. They mad because they played themselves. They whole clan sorta crappy. Forcing people to spy, beating them to death, then turning on their clan.
The owner is cool or whatever, but I want the mc to be with her. I want the mc to do what he said he was gonna do: get revenge for his brother. I like the idea of the mc being an older, crazy brother.

They were kinda insensitive. If I told someone I cant have children and they replied that there are other solutions, I would punch them into next week. They basically told my guy to get over it. Adopt or let your wife get pregnant by another man. I mean he has the right to be upset and not want to talk about those options until he mentally ready. Beacue, at the end of the day, he still can't have kids biologically.

I hear you, but - in his own way - the ML was just as insensitive. I mean he knew that having kids was a big deal for a woman. That's why he'd never gotten deeply involved with one. He knew that Claire loved kids and would likely want a kid of her own once she found her chosen partner, that's why he didn't want to get involved with her specifically, and yet knowing that, he still decides he wants to marry her.
You say he shouldn't have to talk about options until he's mentally ready, but he's talking about marriage! This isn't a discussion that can wait till after the vows. Therefore, knowing Claire as he did, he should have already been thinking this was something they would have to resolve before hand, but he's already set up a no compromise mentality. To prove you love me for me, give up your life long dream of having your own child right now. No discussion. That's it. If you don't, you don't love me. Where is his understanding of her point of view in this?
I'm not saying its not a difficult topic, but marriage is a two person deal, and he was was caught in a very self centered loop. As soon as he started thinking marriage, his thinking should have expanded to at least consider her desires. He didn't.

So basically Catiel is the perfect emperor, but he is only emperor to get revenge. The moment he got revenge, he would probably walk away from the empire without looking back even if the empire burned and begged for his help. To keep that from happening, Perdel kept the brother alive and hidden. That lead to Ria being kidnapped by a the brother and Cariel almost dying. Did I get that right? You could argue that what Perdel did was just but you cant dorce somebody to be emperor. Also, Perdel is sorta a hypocrite because when it comes down to it wasnt it said that he only truly cares about his wife. This was said even when he had kids, so Pederl was just being selfish. Catiel expanded the empire's territory and struck fear in to the hearts of others to the point where they didn't even think about invading. Perdel was using that to his advantage.

They cant sneak her in a basket of clothes or something? Does she really have to grow up from her family? That seems sad and unnecessary. I also can't help feeling that the maid was stupid. She couldn't ask for a raise or help? She couldn't save up? She though that they would let her live after that? Now, she cant help her brother of the little girl she was suppose to serve.

So VII is seven not six, right? Why are they saying six. Also, I finding annoying when the girls falls on top of the guy, but smacks him and treats him like a pevert. I find it even more annoying that the guy takes the treatment and even wants to apologize for something that wasn't even his fault. Like boy if you dont grow a back bone and go off on her.
Why the boy couldn't go with her?
ikr, I always felt they should have taken him too, but he was looking after other orphans too.... he'll be seen again :)
Ok, thank you.
yeah, it seemed they weren't actually close. The boy just offered her food as she helped them with chores with magic.
I think the boy is a "rat" means he works as an agent for underground org.
I understand
If thats the case, I guess that its good they split them up
hmmm I don't recall him being a "rat" as in any specific organization. He was a street rat, in the meaning that he would try to scrounge up any food he could. She was part of a group of kids that had been together for a little while at least, I don't know how close you need them to be for them to be "close", but *spolier*
he will remember her and be concerned about her and try to get to Border Town to find her, so that means something.
That nice.
*That is nice
No, the poor guy was a rat. He would try to take care of the other kids but they're still under this guy who's a dick, and wouldn't mind killing them if they disobeyed him. They'll be saved later when Roland is determined to get rid of the rat organisations in that town, and that's when he decides to improve his life and search for the witch.
he was trying but he wasn't really a rat, not a member just a.. collaborator? He worked for that guy when trying to survive, but he was taking advantage of him and not letting him in. That's why Roland saved him when he got rid of the rats, he got rid of all of them regardless of redeeming qualities - they had none. He was always a good kid, only trying to survive, but he always thought about Paper and wanted to catch up with her.
