hey, so. i'm rereading the manga bc S2 of the anime ended. in Chapter 106, Aqua says "This is necessary. So you can live in this world even after I'm gone." (it's the chapter where he reveals to the world they're Ai's kids)
ik it's been obvious, but he's been planning this for SO long even before he knew Ruby was Sarina, he was willing to sacrifice himself for her. ☹
