So my question/theory which may contain spoilers
Theory: I'm assuming that Kurahashi was and is still a god disguised as a youkai and playing double agent for the gods. And going back, on his sword hilt there was the 5 star that the Abe family uses and he said that the theif/former beast god were involved with Abe "too". So not only is he a god but also related to the Abe family in some way. And with black hair does he not look like semei?? So is he like some sort of distant ancestor or the god who orginially gave Abe their powers?
Question: because he's been hiding in the youkai world for who knows how long and has a roommate all this time while living a double life, has he developed any fondness for them? I know that he said no, however, even in the act it feels like he genuinely had fun and cherishes his classmates. For example, at the cafe where they were working part-time, he was ready to take a hit for his roommate when they defended piñata's then pregnant wife from a bunch of hooligans! So surely there's feelings of fondness? If push comes to shove I wonder whose side he will take!
