I got promoted at work but my 6-year old cat died and I cannot accept it. I have other cats and when there is an out of character from them even a little bit- i feel anxious. When my cat died 3 weeks ago, I had an intrusive thought to kill all my living cats.
Everyday I am trying… to accept it.
Maybe that’s why I came back on this site to fin......
