This looks really promising!! I just hope it doesn’t end up being one of those “chubby girl turns skinny and becomes more attractive” things. Hell, even if there is an arc (or something) about her wanting to lose weight and succeeding, I hope the message is that those important to you should love you no matter what you look like as long as they love you for you. I have high hopes for this one! o(^▽^)o
This story was honestly pretty decent, but it was kinda lacking in closure at the end. Some comments say it’s “all over the place” but I don’t really think I’d describe it like that since it’s not too hard to follow (unlike some other ones I’ve read) but it definitely needs some work. Hopefully the after-stories clear some things up with the other characters.
yeah, ending was leaving a lot to be desired. I was kinda lowkey rooting for coffee guy and mc...I wanted for lil bro to live his own life, find a love that gave a hoot, and eventually they'd meet again both content or wateva. but mc is pretty something else. Remember the chapters where literally everybody was getting heartbroken? 8years guy, mc, then to coffee guy, then shark face. like dang. I was feeling second-hand rejection ha. oh wells, just cause they might date, he could always still fall back on coffee guy. (look, i couldn't be bothered to memorize their names, the designs were too similar to each other that i gave it up early on and it's clearly too late now to invest into it lol no dislike, the designs were great, just a lot of the time i had to rely on contextual evidence to get a grasp on who even was taking up panel space xD haha
I don’t understand why this is so popular, but I gave it a full read-through (I hadn’t read the comments beforehand) and I just have no words. It’s so gross. Their relationship is very abusive and obsessive—it almost gives me Stockholm syndrome vibes. And the main girl playing the victim is so sickening to me when clearly she’s not. They’re both at fault for their own reasons, but it’s still so disgusting to see. If anything, this shouldn’t be tagged as yuri and only psychological horror.
Well then stop reading it. And stop dissing the series. Think about the author and mangakas created this. Some people enjoy this. Some are not into this. But I hope some people get a bit open minded if they know they going to read some yuri or other genre. Not everything you see on internet was wholesome and expected to be good.
This is such a nice and heartwarming story, but I was disgusted to see a “trap” joke made at the end of chapter 6.6. Amane is clearly a transman, so calling him a “trap” is super disrespectful. Sakura’s case is a little more ambiguous, but please at least be careful using the word around them (neutral pronouns for the case of comfort).
