Remember that Jooheon started calling him “that hyung” in front of her over and over and then Kang allowed her to speak informally with her and it just stayed there like that. There’s enough evidence on the chapters

I’m not gonna lie, I thought of that too and I even asked a friend of mine who is fluent and she stated that my translation is correct. But to be honest, the translation for this manga to me feels in and out,and I just hope I can clarify it better as we go so that we can have something more concrete and consistent
