I guess I see him as pretty honest and with a strong ethic. He said clearly he was TEMPTED by the offer of equal sex. He made sure cutiepie was not so drunk he was not able to properly consent. He even clarified the terms (similar to the ones Yiyoung himself uttered--one more night as equals, not as bargain.) Kang is actually responding to what Yiyoung wanted in the car, verbally and by grabbing his crotch. But he's doing it like a mature man--getting consent clearly, setting up parameters (the rough sex and kiss thing), clarifying expectations, and explaining why it was "one" only: he was not in the habit of having flings with coworkers. Considering he's a biz partner and BOSS here, it is problematic to a person with a particular clear-cut idea of what one should and shouldn't do with coworkers. That he obviously is falling for our guy we see, and he'll have to face that. For now, I don't think he's being uncomfortable about anything. His shame was about mistreating/misjudging Yiyoung.
