Dropping this. The whole story feels like a fever dream: rushed, inconsistent, and messy. The only character that I actually liked was Julian, (did I spell his name right? probably not) Karel's brother.
They didn't give us much explanation as to why Karel suddenly becomes obsessed with Sasya. Also, the entire time they were together in that little town was just a whole ass shitshow - Karel not noticing the problems that came with recklessly living together with someone he barely knew.
To be honest, this story would have been a good one if they just went with the duchess as the female lead, or something (I know this is bl, but I'm just saying,) Karel's relationship with her could be healthier compared to him and Sasya's.
Feels like a poor translation from a novel. Might be the artist's fault for not narrating the story properly, who knows?
