What a fun read! The characters held such interesting backgrounds and the connections they had with one another were just so beautifully portrayed! The multicouple bit was such a great addition too, although it was a bit randomly placed at the end with the last couple so it was really confusing. I also agree it was wildly rushed at the end, as the scene could’ve been extended a lot more, but it was still a good read.
I really wanted to finish this, but everything was just too boring and predictable It was way too “soft” already in the beginning, and it couldn’t keep my attention. The drama and action felt too forced and exaggerrated. I did like the fact that the mc doesn’t hold anything back and actually talks to the ml, but even then it was very boring sadly.
As cliche as this was, this was honestly such a fun read! The main character wasn’t the typical studious only cares about grades kinda girl, as she actually balances her life with friends and relationships too. And I love how she has her own sense of style with her different outfits, it was very nice to see! The characters were all perfectly flawed and there was no character I truly hated from here. I did think there were a LOT of plots that could’ve been extended more, and the ending was kinda rushed, but overall this was a great read.
I really wanted to like this but the storyline just felt so undone and scattered. The sudden sexual favors used to comfort the ML and the MC just going along with it felt so random and didn’t really flow right at all. I couldn’t even feel real love reading it. The second couple felt disgusting too, with such a huge age gap and the fact that he loved him since he was in middle school. It just didn’t feel right reading this at all. It’s good for the smut for sure, but story wise, it’s really lacking substance.
Fiction knows no bounds, often delving into realms and ideas deemed unacceptable or taboo in reality. So, if this webtoon's storyline and themes clash with your convictions and boundaries, do us all a favour and exit stage left, morality in tow. If you've plunged a dozen chapters deep despite claiming discomfort, spare me the charade. Nothing grates on my nerves more than hypocrites griping about moral qualms while bingeing on the material they allegedly despise. Seriously, pick a lane and stick with it. (︶︿︶)=凸
be so fr they're just stating their opinion
"nothing grates on my nerves more than hypocrites griping about moral qualms while bingeing on the material they allegedly despise"
i get that if you don't agree with certain themes of the work because of moral reasons you shouldn't make a habit of reading a work, saying "i don't like this cuz of my morals" and continue reading it and others like it just to complain. But to say that you can't read a story you disagree with and state your opinion on it is just plain asinine. The commenter gave an honest and fair critique of the work; Just because they disagree with you doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed to share it.
This was just great! A beautiful story about navigating through relationships and figuring out what you want to do with it, with some slight dark realistic moments too. So many people have hated it for the pettiest reasons and it’s so sad, the aspects they hated it for actually help build the story up, and the developments shown were just very lovely to read. I do feel one of the character developments was lacking in regards to character redemption, so I really don’t like that part, but overall it was an easy to read story with a great storyline.
This series is just so good and nostalgic. It’s one of the best funny, emotional, cute, and amazing series all at once! The story dives into a concept that is just so lovable and it engages you into a world you will never ever forget. The characterization is so well done too! I absolutely live for the growth of everyone. It delivers the idea of family so well. Please give this a chance when you can. You’ll be missing out on so much if you don’t!
I have to rate this a 3/5. The storyline was really interesting! Don’t get me wrong, it was good but honestly it was a bit sloppy. The character development was lacking so bad, the only person I liked was Harry who was the only one actually mature in here. I wish there was more of him. The rest of the characters were a bit childish and made such dumb decisions. Communication was just not there, especially between Ember and Aspen who are supposed to be the main leads. The villains were hilarious, but the way they got their redemption arcs were a bit lame. Another thing I hated was how everyone suddenly got their happy ending when we don’t even see the scenes of how they got it. Like how Megan and Harry got together. Ending was rushed asf.
The things I liked was the humor, Harry, and the art. It was ridiculously funny and enjoyable, but as a story whole, it badly needed more development. The way there were angels and things too were interesting but it wasn’t really shown. I was looking forward to learning more, but nothing happened. Overall, a cute story, but needed way more to be a 5.
This was good, but a ton of parts were bit undone sadly. The different personalities the lead showcased from inside and outside work was just super cute and a bit refreshing, and the female was fun too. The storyline was engaging and a bit hilarious. I was highly disappointed at the ending though as it was very rushed and felt incomplete. The love confession was way too sudden and we didn’t even see what happened to them after. The way everything came to light felt so bland as well, especially with the way the two spilled their secrets at the end. Nothing really happened with it so it felt very lacking. The way one of the names kept coming back as well made me very curious, but it wasn’t even used well. I thought the story could’ve been developed more too with the way the lead would gradually interact and grow with his company peers but it wasn’t even showcased correctly. It was a nice read, but there definitely needed some more development to it to be 5.
