No He meant that he wasn't referring to age, he was talking about size, which he says right after that. Even in the beginning he says something about liking cute and small things, and that's why he's been looking at the host since he moved there
Yes he says "not about their age", It means other than age right?! So two logical options - either the physical size of the person or the size of the dick of a person. I came to the conclusion it was the later because he refers to his dick size several times and I know a several slangs for p in Japan- you know being a gay man who lived in Japan ;) If you are interested to know as a fujoshi- they call their dicks "selfish little boys" and "naughty little boys" etc. But, in this manga, he actually says "It's about the size of their dicks" Cheers!
