Well here's what I think....Horus wasn't hurting Seth....the preparation for penetration actually hurts a little and he was just trying to pass that phase so that they could come to the good part where they both feel good.....And if ge really did want to SA Seth then why would he wait for so long till seth kiss him by himself.....He even stopped when seth said it hurts he felt that someone else forced Seth into sex and was angry....even started crying.....Seth is a man of denials....he is kinda like Minato-san from the Jdrama Minato's Laundromat.....I think Horus actually wanted to test the waters and see if seth really doesn't like it or is just in denial.....Horus never intends to hurt seth tho.....and the Manhwa isn't centred towards consent and SA very much.....They are nit humans so I think that's why the rules of our human world doesn't apply to them.....When Seth saw Horus cry he wasn't worried about running away from him but worried for Horus.....It's just my theory tho cause I don't think their world is the same as our's and that's probably why their moral priorities are different.....it's not black and white with Manhwas like this....it's more complex and their are more factors to take into account than what meets the eye.....It's completely fine if you think Horus is just like his father and you have different opinions cause a scene can be interpreted differently by many....and at the end of the day it's just fiction so no need to stress over it. :)
Gods literally can’t be hurt the same way humans can be since our lives are short whereas gods are not mortals and can outlive their grudges. It’s hard to comprehend that but it is nothing but facts. And if Set really had an issue, he wouldn’t be so calm around Horus, he would’ve been angry and trying to beat Horus like earlier chapters. Horus is not that good though, his assault is still taking a hit.
Yep, I agree with what you said, in the sense that I'm pretty sure the author did not intend for readers to see that Seth x Horus scene as SA. But it's still annoying how this particular author and story ALSO fell for the recurrent problem in manga /manhwa / manhua where they "try to make the sex scene more kinky" by having them do what is, for all intends and purposes, practically a BDSM "role play", but with the GLARING ABSENCE OF a safeword or even a prior agreement. Seriously, I'm sick and tired of the eternal bull where characters are made to repeat over and over something like "No, no, no, stop... etc etc" when it's clear the author doesn't want readers to see it as a forced situation. Keep the tsundere banter OUT of the bedroom, authors, for effing sake!
In the end, I think we can all recognise with Sataka Ginko that, "The author's portrayal of love or even rape isn't consistent anymore." We've seen the author doing non-canon extras before, to include this crap, in order to please the more "hardcore" fans... So couldn't they have continued doing it like that, and keeping that out of the main story? I mean, while it's "tamer" compared to the extras, it's still stupid "noncon roleplay" that gets obviously mixed up with the REAL SA scenes
