I feel like it would be much more realistic and better for the development of the story if they made the time before the rebellion longer. The queen would be able to regain a better connection with her subjects she wrongfully imprisoned, rebuilt trust with black hair boy, and just more backstory with every character in general. The story just feels super rushes and no matter how competent your subjects are it’s quite unrealistic to do it all in a day. And where are the challenges the mc faces when being transported into a whole new world with a full plate on her hands? Don’t get me wrong, it’s still an interesting read but it isn’t at its full potential.

I feel like the grandma is an enabler for MC’s abuse. Like come on, people don’t change that easily. No one in their right mind would do a complete 180 like that. I know it’s easier for me to say but seriously you watched this dude threaten to murder his own niece with a fucking bow. You’ve seen her being beat. It’s not gonna magically go away. If you were that concerned for her safety why not take care of her yourself?? Have her pay for food/necessities with the same herbs she already picks.
