Not sure this will qualify as twinked though. He's younger and blond, sure, but they are about the same height. His new body is a new recruit. It's expected he wouldn't have the same muscle mass as someone a decade plus in the military. He's also not going to stay like that. He's going to get stronger and build this body up like he did his original. It's fine to like the original character. I got no issues with that. I agree with you there the original is way more handsome. But... "For You Who Grieves," "Regas," "Kill the Lights," those were hella twinked.... Although I've forgiven Regas, I still miss/prefer O.G. Abel. Still, I don't think this one follows the usual emasculation in bl. He wasn't a big awesome manly dude reduced to basically a "female with a ...." I completely agree with your frustrations with that trope. It needs to stop
