I don't know if you still want an explanation, but my understanding is that Dad's ghost came back home drunk because his son poured alcohol on his grave. So the weird thing that happened in the house is just dad being drunk and messy. He is just a bad drunk, essentially, but a ghost version.

The guy is kind of a loner/ outcast in his office so he buys the bag at first. But after he is unable to use the special cream from the shop, the goes bad and goes back to the shop. And he's told the bag is made from human skin.
At first he hesitates to use the bag because it's made from human skin but because the bag supposedly helps the owner to have better quality of life, he ends up using the bag (bc hes a loner in his office and also semms to be bullied).
And it's turns out he really did end up having a better quality of life because of the bag because he becomes boss in the end and is scolding the coworker that bullied him

I'm pretty sure the doll was trying to protect him from the beginning. It saved him from a freak accident and was also blocking the door to the fire cause it knew he would die, the dude just went in anyway. During the last panel, you can even see the doll crying.
