Wow. I thought this manga was just your typical office romance where the superior is romancing a subordinate. Things turned out quite realistic and relatable after the 1st arc, which is rare in yaoi mangas. Although the censored dicks were a total turn off, the quality of the story make up for it.
I read up until chapter 19 english translated from rosesquadscans and lemme tell you ooooh, boi, they went to town! And I'm really waiting for more sexual tension between the two, their chemistry is electric!
I think part of Tomy's appeal to McQueen is his cryptic silence. Like if it weren't for Tomy's POV, I totally wouldn't guess what he's thinking ...and that's sexy. He's not your typical uke who gets swept off their feet, he's very much cerebral when it comes to things and he can hold his own. And it's really exciting if and when Tomy does get swept off his feet by McDreamy ヾ(☆▽☆)

I like how Tani's point of view and childhood anecdotes flow with the story, it's rare for a manga to show how gay people growing up was like without getting melodramatic. Not done reading but I do want to say the uke is so dumb and obnoxious. Going to Tokyo to find a boyfriend, which LUCKILY he did find an awesome guy who is both respectful and sincere. The problem is the uke himself, first of all he is so obnoxious. Announcing his feelings in a cafe all loud, if I was a customer I would've been annoyed at the asshole who doesn't know how to keep it quiet while others are dining. Second, he was crying because he might get rejected and that puts the seme in a tough spot because he probably felt uncomfortable answering that while the uke already got everyone's attention because he's such a loudmouth. Good thing the cafe audience seem to be all fujoshis.
And the failed first attempt at sex, uke was always mention wanting a hot cherry popping time but fails to research how men have sex. The uke probably didn't even know what anal douching is (￣∇￣") poor seme.
