In the beginning, I thought I couldn't hate her more. She was no different from the evil mielle lmao.. didn't consider other's feelings, was a piece of shit, puts up a facade all the time, not one bit of sincerity, not one quality befitting of a future empress(since ML is the crown prince), tries to take advantage of other men with her beauty and a hypocrite.
It's good that she slowly had character development for which I felt happy. She starts to care for the people around her and it was nice to see positive changes. Trust me it does get better. I didn't feel much spark for the cp but it's okay. I like it

I love how the FL is like a real person, her emotions relatable, unlike her other isekai fl counterparts who keep acting like little brats even if they are adults and are also dense. She has a strong character and feels human with her pain, fear and emotional breakdowns, but still standing back up despite all those. It doesn't look like it'll have a HE tho

My another comfort manhwa

I would've given a 5 but the only reason I give this 4 stars is because of the strained relationship between him and his parents in the coming chapters. I really like heartwarming stories.. if the relation falls apart, it breaks me

My comfort manhwa. Though he tries to keep everyone at arm's length in the beginning, you'll know in the later chapters that he's really kind and cares for all his friends. I love stories where MCs strategise and he's very good at that. This is a story about adventure, friendship and everything Cale has to go through to achieve his dream of being a slacker. Totally love this Also there's no romance and no green tea bitches yayy

Hooked since the beginning

I'll forever be biased to this as it was my first ever BL novel that I read. Seriously I can never get enough of wangxian. A nice plot, buckets of tears, mountain of happiness, best Wei ying, heartful of lan Zhan

The healthy relationship between them and the development of romance in itself is 5/5. Like can they be any more cuter? My precious hualian T^T.. the plot is way more deeper than you think. She's a strong empress who doesn't even bow to the emperor. BUT she's too elegant and dignified that she doesn't bother with trashta's petty little schemes and just let's her run wild. I hate that. She doesn't bother disciplining her or showing trashta her place. Even if she has grievances, she doesn't take action if it's for the sake of the empire. That's how she let those two walk all over her. I know it's for the plot development but it doesn't change the fact that her attitude is both admirable and also a bit frustrating. Secondly, I don't like couples getting a divorce without having a proper conversation. I know the emperor is a piece of shit and deserves to be in agony for everything he put her through but the fact that he once truly loved and cared for her makes me a bit unhappy that they didn't even have one proper conversation before ending things. Anyways It's not like the emperor would let her go if he found out about the divorce. He would put an even tighter leash on her. Only her distance and their time apart made him realise how wrong he was. Happy for navier and her new family
