Is there any isekai manga where the MC gets angry at being summoned? Forget the OP skills and magic, don't these chumps realize they'll never see their family and friends? That they might have powers but so does the enemy. Its basically like wars being fought on earth but with differemt weapons. If they wanted to fight a war, the MC's original world has plenty to spare (/TДT)/
Why are they so friggin happy to be told what to do?
It´s not exactly isekai. The whole school was transported back in time and nobody was happy about it.

This is isekai. MC wasn´t that happy to be summoned and killed his summoners instant after being summoned.

It's sometimes cute to read about it in novels and manga but is it really that easy? I haven't experienced extreme bullying that would make me think of dark thoughts so I want to understand. After years of not seeing your bully/bullies, could you accept it if he/she one day popped into your life (like suddenly bumping into you, marrying your sibling, etc) and apologized for everything they've done. Whenever I see a movie about this very scenario I stop watching cause I get angry at the bully. They make it seem so easy to forgive and forget but is it really?
I've noticed this for some time now. Why is it that an uke is all smiles and understanding when it comes to a jackass friend/family of the seme while the seme fights back or doesn't give a d**n when faced with the ukes's friend/famil?. Seriously, I understand there are reasons behind these jerk actions but atleast say something about it. I really don't believe that there are tgat many understanding people out there. I just want to slap the uke and say fighr back. Nothing is solved by violence (that I know) but slapping them once for their hurrful words (and judging you) should be fair. I mean once you break a plate a simple sorry ain't gonna fix it like magic
Agreed. I'm pissed of at the uke for being a wimp and the bro for being a brainless meathead. I kinda ignored some parts of the manga cause I might've thrown it. I just read the part of the bro rejecting every blueprint form of the uke w/o giving a reason. Then when they met up at the truck the bro just literally insulted him in every sentence and the uke just sits there and accepts it. I just wanna shake the uke and say "Does being the prez son mean nothing? At the very least abuse some of its power"
Hey all!
So I think I have binge read almost all possessive yaoi (well the ones I actually liked) for the past month. One thing I can't seem to find is a Seme that actually grovels for the uke's forgiveness and trust. Almost all the uke's see they guy hurt (physically but mostly emotionally) and they crumble. So is it just me, since I've never been in a relationship? Can you really forgive someone who bullied you by just seeing their misery? I mean, come on he had it coming.
So if you guys have insights or recs about a seme who truly works hard to earn back the trust, please let me know.
sorry, ff! I agree. In most of the manga I've read, the uke forgives the seme before I'm satisfied with the seme's misery or "punishment" (if there was any at all).
As someone who used to be in a relationship, I admit it is kinda difficult to stay mad at the person you like, bec after all, you like them and you miss them, too. One argument I use to restrain myself from giving in too early (aside from the fact that still, I was hurt) is that if it's something that the other party can improve/change, this should be an opportunity for them to learn and do better.
He-yoo so I've been addicted to 'Another world/reincarnation ' kind of adventure stories. The problem is I'm getting annoyed and tired of the summoned 'heroes' submissively accepting their situation. The kings/summoners are all like " you've been summoned to save this world. Without getting anything back in return and never able to return to your original world, work hard and die like a hero" while the heroes (some of them) hesitate but then say yes immediately when the king says it's for the good of the many. I mean hellooo, you were just abducted for their selfish reason. Even if it's in the good of the people, it's still a crime. There is a saying, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. With that said, is there any manga/LN where the MC gets summoned but is not a yes man to the king? Thanks for the help!!! [Everything I said is my opinion and I have the right to express it so please just recommend something rather than criticisms. You have your tastes, I have mine] (=・ω・=)
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/konjiki_no_word_master_yuusha_yonin_ni_makikomareta_unique_cheat/ the mc gets summoned along with his other classmates, but he doesn't join the hero gang and goes on a separate journey. He meets other people and he is just really exploring the world without caring about anything much. He only cares about books and food.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/tate_no_yuusha_no_nariagari/ The mc sorta agreed first, but then he gets betrayed and started to hate everything. Something different.
http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/wortenia_senki/ The mc gets summoned, but since he sensed some killing intent, he retaliated by killing off the priest and the guards in the room. He goes on a journey to go back to his world as a wanted man. Nice action scenes, and it is fast paced
There are also many other reincarnation/ world traveler stories that ik, like about a pharmacist, delinquent, lawyer, sword, vampire, spider etc. I just said the 'summoning to another world' trope stories that you asked.
I have been a reading quite a few webtoons with female MC living in ancient times (well times of kings and queens). It really bothers me that almost all the people with power are men and all of them quickly dismiss the MC as weak and useless @.@ I get that history can't change and that the plot needs her to grow blah blah. But can't the authors add other strong female characters. These stories sometimes says "she's different/special" Really, only one in a thousand girls (or a million) can stand among men?
I feel you. Also, its fantasy! So why would it have to be "historically accurate"? Are writers so bad at their jobs they can't imagine matriarchal societies or any different cultures or etc? Its just lazy if you ask me.
Well.. You should know for start that in history woman are treated badly~~~.. Still its fun reading this gap tho
