Ironically though, Seo-Anh’s version also translates to him wanting to be able to provide his lover with everything they need because they’ve learned to rely on him first. So making the person they’re dating “happy” is a sentiment they both share. How they get to that point though, is what’s different.

seoan just entering his self sabotaging and narcissistic era, we have always gotten glimpses of him being possessive and controlling, his ex literally dumped him because he wanted everything to only go his way. he will make mistakes, do bad things and he will reap the consequences of them so why is everyone in the comments going mad? y’all want story of rainbow and sunshine read something else the rest of us are here for the complexity of this relationship, the characters and their story.

woowon being able to understand seoan without a single word was just so touching, he truly loves him and wants nothing but to love and protect him. seoan is just truly afraid that woowon would one day pack and go, woowon whispering to him that he will stay right beside him made me tear up. truly love them, but I hope wooown won’t lose himself in his quest to always protect seoan, he needs to prioritise himself too.
