What's ur coping mechanisms when ur down bad but still need to be happy

Probably reading manga, it’s why I’m on this site, reading novels, watching shows, drawing, sleep, rethink my entire existence, and have an existential crisis. Nothing will ever stop my gay ass from simping over fictional women though.
