I hate the freaking placeholder. Who tf made that a thing? Its purpose is apparently to let people know not to upload over them, but why does it even matter? Just upload yours regardless of anyone uploading over you. If the version you uploaded is higher quality, people will still read it. I know I would wait for a better version over a shitty mtl one. The notif that comes with the placeholder is so annoying. You think it's a new chapter, but nope, it's a damn placeholder.
Edit: If anyone can explain to me how useful a placeholder chapter is, I'll gladly listen. I may not change my mind about how annoying it is to get a notif of it though.
Edit 2: I still find placeholder chapters annoying, but I now understand its purpose with the context provided.
