Who cares if it's not officially BL? Fujos/fudanshis/fujins are gonna cherish this manga!

the problem is that people think Shounen/Senien can't be BL but somehow GL can? Yagate Kimi ni Naru is shounen, Even If It Was Just Once, I Regret It is shounen, Seifuku no Vampiress Lord is shounen. like every time some seinen get tagged as BL people always post comments like "It's Senien, not BL" It can be both? also I really think a reliable company that Licenses in English and prints manga won't add "romance" and "BL" tags to mislead the readers to bring attention if they would do that at least you would think they would do it for She Likes Gays, but Not Me or The Summer Hikaru Died, heck The Summer Hikaru Died doesn't even have a LGBTQ+ tag. it's not like I promise it will have romance, but most BL fans are not that shallow to drop a manga because it doesn't have romance She Likes Gays, but Not Me is really popular on mangago and it doesn't have romance and it's tagged shounen ai, people were more interested in the queer experience of Jun than him having a boyfriend.

Yeah, I agree with every single word. One of my favorite manga is The Summer Hikaru Died... I'm planning to buy all of the 6 volumes -- I have now 2 of them. I decided not to drop the manga bc it's not classic BL. Also, one of my faveroite manga is seinen and has a gay protagonist. It's not def BL. :)
I don't wanna elaborate on this, bc your comment is so spot on. :)

It's on F*tekiya (in case you happen to have an account there):

I cannot see how there will be a happy ending. Maybe a bitter/tragedic or bittersweet ending? Bur frankly, I really enjoy this story: immaculate art, interesting & complex characters, engaging plot. I also enjoy the psychological aspect. I don't enjoy the toxicity and , but I was prepared for this since ch1.
Thanks Kuze!!!
