I cannot see how there will be a happy ending. Maybe a bitter/tragedic or bittersweet ending? Bur frankly, I really enjoy this story: immaculate art, interesting & complex characters, engaging plot. I also enjoy the psychological aspect. I don't enjoy the toxicity and , but I was prepared for this since ch1.

Not just the unique art style but maybe because it's and everything else from this mangaka feels like queer manga/comic rather than BL? It's really just a hunch.
