What authors don’t realize is that platforms like these give their work more exposure and ALMOST all of translators I’ve seen always tell the readers to support the author or read the work on legal sites or whatnot. I mean I get where the author is coming from but isn’t putting a bounty on someone is a lil bit too much lol

I agree that this site makes more ppl aware of their work but that’s about it. I’ve seen authors complain that more ppl are following them on sns but are sad bc their bank account stays the same. An uploader can put “pls support the author if you can” but a majority of ppl still don’t, even if they can afford it bc it’s free to read here. It’s sad, but it’s the reality and isn’t worth it for the author. But yes, the bounty was a bit much lol.

yes, but how many readers actually go buy raws after reading the translation? in a perfect world everyone would go buy the raws then come here to read it but unfortunately that's not how the world works. it does give more exposure but at the same time what good is the exposure if revenue doesn't even increase...

I wouln’t be surprise if sasha was the one who poison the emperor lol she’s too good at manipulating people to do her bidding

That would be a plot twist that would go down in infamy. A sucker punch to all readers. We’d never see it coming. Just thinking, the end of the investigation they can’t pinpoint the culprit…..Arth is standing by a wall with a hanging mirror, contemplating, telling Sasha who’s sitting on the couch behind him, that he’s at a loss. He glances up to see a wicked smirk on Sasha’s face reflected in the mirror. He quickly turns around in shock, only to see his loving fiancé looking worried for him.
DAYUM…..just gave myself the chills. As you can see, I’ve probably read too many books with sociopaths
Off topic lol but if someone deceived me like the seme did, I would rather die in the storm than to receive help from him. Lol my pride cant take it
