I guess I would rate it 3/10. The government is awful and the countrymen are kinda dumb lol. I'm not saying everyone. Most can't even comprehend then just release hate comments according to what they thought the meaning is. But if we talk about the culture, Filipino culture is pretty awesome.   reply
