Everyone else paid for what they did. Kyubin (suspended and having his grandma struggle to pay compensation for an assault he didn't do) and Inbeom (losing his memories and having his life turned upside down) paid way more than they should have for what they did. Oh so Seungtaek being bullied and mocked throughout his middle school life was not "payment" for what he did. You must be the kind of guy who thinks that bullying is just whatever, right? That kids who endure verbal abuse or ostracism have it lucky because they didn't get physically abused.
