That was a roller-coaster of a chapter! I feel bad for Aeroc, seeing him so sad really breaks my heart. The foundations he chose were from his time from the bottom place, angels without a mother and the housing project… it was heartbreaking. And Clough’s guess about his dad.. ╥﹏╥

I can’t stop crying

I’m kind of curious if Cassian’s going to use one of his new skills, especially the one he wanted to seal hahaha. Next week is going to be interesting!

Ah so he did hold the soiree for them! I kinda had that hunch in the novel, as much as it’s an excuse to see Clough. I really think he just wanted to establish a friendship this time, if Clough did end up marrying Raphael in this second world.

I can’t get the image of Raphael’s face off my head!
He looks so much like Aeroc, not Raphael W. Like that he shoves Martha’s hands off. She needs to see the errors of her own lapse in judgment, she should have expected this. Just as Clough should have known that his kids be horrified of the truth.

I do hope we get a scene showing that Jasper/Jester is alright. I know the imprint is acting up, and he needs to vent, but all Clough has really done is hurt people. He created his own misfortunes, too bad he needs a second chance to see the mistakes he’s done.

The artist really did a great job with the transition of scenes! If only you have a physical book! I’ll buy it! I’d love to have this on my shelf (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
