I really loved this story, how sweet they were, and how Lyle was supposedly growing more confident in their relationship. But I think it all went to hell. Ash had a personality transplant. How could I enjoy a chapter like this with no goddamn communication—which is what these two desperately need.
This is basically abuse of Lyle's trust. You don't just spank someone because you want to know something, and adding the bullet only made it basically mandatory for Lyle to feel horny. I seriously doubt he would have enjoyed any of that otherwise.
We're seeing more and more fucking red flags here.
What trust can there be when you don't trust your partner to tell you something when they are ready or ask like a fucking adult before deciding that some sex game would be the best answer to try on your anxious partner.
