omg i love this manhwa sm.
it's realistic in the way that the characters' feelings are depicted and it really captured the love triangle theme well. i don't really see many webcomics do that, they mostly have that 2nd ML as a "potential love-interest" but never expand on it or really let the second romance develop. this manhwa was different, they really spaced the events well and let both romances develop, while also capturing the pros and cons of them, allowing the readers to realise the eventual outcome. what jiho himself described as "the best choice" he could've made.
in that way, i really felt for both jiho and producer lee when they parted. while the affections they held for each other weren't all alike to jiho and woohyuk's, i found myself enjoying the scenes where they spent time together and when their romance hesitantly unfolded. and i guess my playlist also really wanted to see me cry seeing that it was playing "what a time" by julia michaels and niall horan
i can really say that this manhwa had the perfect amounts of angst and fluff. like it tore my heart apart and then slowly sewed it back together before tearing it apart again. rinse and repeat. also, they made the cooking show plot just as significant as the romance, and i really love that. i also love hyunho too! i can't say anything else really but you've got to read this. i couldn't recommend it enough.
i wonder if we'll ever get producer lee and his first love's story. when it does, you know i'll be there :)
