Pretty much the older twin fucked up everyone's lives because he felt miserable that his sister was dating the guy he liked. So when the guy was sleeping he kissed him knowing his sister was there. This caused doubt and problems in their relationship and she overdosed on pills and died.The twin thought that with his sister gone the guy would come to love him but no he was still in love with the sister and confused about him. Then the guy started avoiding the older twin so the twin began to stalk him and met satos bf. He became jelouse and angry because it was a guyx guy relationship and Sato was extreamly happy as his sis had once been. So he butted into this relationship and they broke up. So the older twin is dating the beard guy now and rubbed it in satos face. Seeing this Sato decided to take revenge and started dating the guy the twin loved. But Sato ended up Fallin in love with him. So then Sato decided to tell him that it was his revenge at the coffee shop. But the guy already knew. This broke satos heart cause he felt he was a replacement. But he loved him and the guy also loved Sato even if it was a strange distorted type. In the end the guy decided to kill his feeling to the Sato twins. And try to love the Sato who was crying befor him. So we can asume they ended happy and put the past behind them. Then the twin saw that they where happy and became self-loathing again. Bearded guy finds him and says no matter what bad things he did he will always love him. And twin says it's not enough but he's happy.
What I got from this was, the older twin can go fuck himself.
