What I was expecting was that since the police got involved maybe there will be some development. From how I see it we are back to square one. One stalking psycho. One psychotic kilker both torturing and killing others and getting away with it.

They haven't gone back to the beginning. The officer knows that they are connected to the murder (even if he isn't an officer anymore) and Sangwoo has what can be described as a lust toward Yoon bum. It may not seem like much, but on a psychological level, we can predict big changes in the upcoming season

To be honest the way the story was going it was predictable that they would get away. Yet again.
I will hang around for the 3rd season but if it stays predictable I might just leave.

He has had his suspicions since the first chapter and still doesn't have any evidence. Him not being an officer means any evidence he does gather would be through illegal means thus inadmissible in court. But lets hope there is a slip up somewhere.
As for the psychological development I would call it more an obsession than lust and that's because no matter what he does Bum keeps saying he likes sangwoo. Lets hope you are right about the changes. Or this story will lose its charm. For me atleast.

I think this would have been far more interesting if Bum tried to fight his way outta Sangwoo's manipulations. Doing this would also give him the mental strength needed to face his uncle. To rise above his tragedy not fall in further like Sangwoo.
I actually wanted to see the end too thats why I stuck around. But unfortunately i am not really a patient person. So yes I would really appreciate it if I could know the ending without having to suffer through it! ^_^
