The only question I can answer is the last one lmao... so I think that Bum was hallucinating Sangwoo and chased after his hallucination and prolly died... that's what I'm interpreting

The guy on the wheelchair was no one Bum knew Bum was just seeing sangwoo through that guy. This also happened when he stumbled into another burn victims room. I don’t know what you are referring to in your second question. The end of Killing Stalking is Bum hallucinating Sangwoo everywhere he goes and unable to get rid of his demon stumbles into the busy street chasing down his hallucination. And when the walk light went read its symbolizing Bums end. Cause he would have ultimately died

I noticed how it was sus too. The nurse changed her answer once she found out it was Yan Seungbae… like why? Was it bc the hospital didn’t notify the police that Sangwoo has died (when they had two fricken days to do so) or was it bc Sangwoo wasn’t actually dead?

I'm surprised by all the things about Dane. Something bothered me a little in his behaviour. To me he doesn't look like a really gentle guy. I agree he savez Yeonwoo but he sais somethi.g about omegas which seems à little rude to me. He's hot but I'm not sure he's as gentle as he seems.
