Currently rereading and watching the new ep…can someone explain what happened when the husband first met the single father with the omega kid? I don’t get what was the big issue about the whole thing
the single father is an omega and he doesn’t like alphas at least not in his close circle, he didn’t know that masakis husband was an alpha until he saw his bond mark

Otou was already feeling his incoming heat. When he met Hiromu, he was already releasing bits of pheromones, and since Hiromu was an alpha, he picked up on that and got affected (that's why he showered, to cool his head off since alphas are known to go feral from omega's pheromones). Otou saw the Hiromu got affected by his pheromones even tho he's already married and got scared of "alpha's nature". Prior to them meeting, he's already wary of alphas. So I guess the fear piled up, and he lashed out like that.
Can I ask why Hiromu reacted to mochiduki’s pheromones? Hiromu already marked Masaki so why does he still react to other omegas pheromones?
Well, he marked Masaki, but I guess in the general world of omegaverse, only the omega gets binded to the alpha. Alphas can still sense other Omegas' pheromones. That's kinda unfair, and that's the whole reason why the cousin was mad at the earlier chapters, but that's another conversation.
