She doesn't have to tell them directly. She could just do something that would cast suspicions on the maid. For example, maybe fake fainting in front of them or even that secretary. That way, a doctor could check up on her. But she's not even trying at all.

That's true but Sophia told her if she tries something,she will just kill her and fake it as if the Ludwigs have done it. She even strangled her once. And she was always next to her, so she didn't have much chance. Not even talking about the trust issue, the Ludwigs are totally untrustworthy and she has her pride too. Personally, I also think fainting would've been the best option, getting more maids so she doesn't need to be alone with Sophia wasn't a bad idea either but not sufficient enough.
