Work guurrrrrllll! If someone is hot it's totally fine to force yourself on them with no consent!
Just drug them, tie them up, break their bones and bribe them with a chance of freedom until they say yes! We stan a manipulative rapist queen!
ヾ(☆▽☆)
If they don't wanna be assaulted they should just not be hot in the first place! /S
I don't like Sys.

Honestly I feel like his character just doesn't fit well with the rest of the story.
He seems like just a token stereotype fabulous gay guy who's all rainbows and sparkles 24/7. Like he's in a secluded fortress with limited access to necessary supplies but somehow can just whip up a tea party to feed everyone cupcakes. Because he's fabulous of course he can.
And he wouldn't be a good gay if he didn't decorate his room in bondage gear and leave dildos scattered on the floor. And make his personal guards wear backless dresses with boob windows and stiletto high heels.
Idk to me personally he just feels like wacky gay shenanigans forced into the story and given an important role to be like "See! I'm actually super necessary to the story, we wouldn't be here without me!"
And in case it isn't obvious, no I don't have anything against gay people... seeing as this is a BL story..... I literally just don't think Sys fits in this kind of setting.
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
You do remember that Sys was the reason why on the first season Wolfgang and Shin were given a Chance to talk to Sys' father which has given Wolfgang a strong ally and a fighting chance to the throne. Also, Sys has played a big part on the Coup d'etat. Right?
He never forced his bodyguards to wear those things but instead they thank Sys that they can express themselves freely.
As a Fab gay guy, its just his personality.
Omg thank I cant stand him. I know it’s not fair to attack him for not being some hyper masculine version of himself compared to all the other “traditional” characters but everything about seems like a caricature not an authentic self. So I don’t find his femininity a real extension of himself as gay/bi/queer man. It just acts and looks like what I’d expect the villain of a Disney movie to be like when back in the day queer culture was coded as villainous.
Yes a caricature that's perfect!
It's not the fact that he's effeminate, it's the fact that he's such an over-exaggerated version of a gay stereotype for comedic effect.
Like he gets filled in on Randolph's past and how he ended up there, and despite the heavy subject matter here's Sys with his shoujou roses and pink sparkly background popping a boner because Randolph is "soooooooo cute!"
Like really? C'mon...

Like the themes, the quality and overall feel of season 1 are totally different from season 2. It's like the author had a story, then someone was like "Ok yeah now make a love triangle out of it."
Then we get into the territory where it's kind of hard to feel anything for the "real boyfriend" because he's basically not a character in season 2 because the story is so Sihoo focused.
And it's extra frustrating because it makes you root for Sihoo, but you can't even do that completely because it's not like Seungchan just popped out of nowhere and was "omg so cute" so they started dating, like he was there for Myunghan and helped him out in one of the toughest moments of his life when everyone thought he was a psychopath.
Then just random batshit crazy drama thrown around everywhere for the sake of drama.

I’m so glad someone feels the same way as me. I really really loved season 1 and thought it ended nicely with a good plot and fairly good closure, but then season 2 came around and it felt random, not as organised and kind of forced?? Don’t get me wrong, I really appreciate the author and am in love with their art style but I feel like a season 2 to this series wasn’t really necessary.. not only that but like you said my guy seungchan was totally forgotten despite him being the one that literally saved myunghan ( ̄へ ̄)
I hate when names are "Westernized" unless the author specifically gave them those names, there really isn't any need to change it.
On the other hand I love how the translation makes sense. Sorry to people who do their own translations, but I've stumbled across so many unreadable stories (mostly Chinese) because the translations at best, you have to do some mental gymnastics to make sense of it and at worst is literally just a string of random words that make no sense at all.
Oh well.
╥﹏╥
and honestly I'm here for it. Like omg it's like hilariously bad.
Chapter 1: Love interest magically teleports between the MC and the weight when he could have just grabbed it.
Chapter 2: "I saw you in the mirror" *Literally staring at a tile wall and bathtub faucet*
Idk why it's so funny to me but it just is.

He literally molested Randolph against his will. And made it blatantly obvious it wasn't "just a massage" or "just treating his wounds" like it was just straight up non-consensual sexual harassment and he ends up bragging about it to Wolfgang.
I hate that enough people like it so much that the author will probably deviate from the story the same way in the future.
Hopefully Sys will just stay away and we can actually stick to the real story. If you cut out all the Sys/Randolph nonsense literally nothing is lost in the story. It's such a randomly forced in, totally irrelevant sub-"plot" for no reason. Sales I guess?
"but omg he's hot and he blushed and look at his thighs/butt it's true love"
Yeah ok. Whatever you're into.
