I don't know why but i can't bring myself to like the lapileons (besides the kids). I'm on ch 93 currently and It's like they are thankful to our mc for all she has done for them and will always help her when in need but that's it. It doesn't feel like she's a part of the family. Everyone keeps reminding her that one misstep from her and she'll be out from the family. Anything that she tries to do is always questioned by the family and they have this attitude of this doesn't concern you (about family matters) at all. I know that she is in a contract marriage but if they truly really like her and want her as family they should try to make her want to stay instead of giving her reasons to leave.
Even the ML is a bit.... Off? He respects our mc when he wants to (which is most of the time) but when he's mad or troubled he'll straight up ignore her or say hurtful stuff to her. Even for literally killing her thrice all he managed to say was sorry. His actions also seem a bit hypocritical. He expects our mc to tell her what she been doing but doesn't wanna tell what he's been upto. He got mad at her for hearing what she's been upto from someone else's mouth but our mc too has to always hear what he's been upto from others mouth. Even after he realised he he was very rude after making mc cry he decided to ignore her and talk rudely to her... Like what?
I really like the story and want to like the characters too but i somehow can't even if i try to ignore all that bad stuff and focus on the good one. God this frustrates me a lot.. ಥ_ಥ
