Jk, go out and travel nature. Japan's and south koreas country side is absolutely amazing. And if your too poor, go outside and walk during sunset. I do it while listening to music. It's calming and it ease my mind. honestly, if your not even motivated to do that then you can try to seek out help, like a therapis......
Okay, I wanna say that I am not crazy. I really don't know how to say this but. Everytime I'm awake at night something is pulling me, like forcing me to go to sleep. What's crazy is that during it I can't breathe. Idk if it's a dream but it feels so real. Everytime I try to stop it it's like forcing my eyelids to close. LIKE BABE I CANT FUCKING ......
