I love Shinoa, but I dislike Yuunoa. How I see it, shipping Shinoa and Yuu in such a forced-romanced manner is like degrading her character, like degrading Ferid as the Mikayuu Shipper Fanclub Leader. Shinoa is my favorite character, no matter what gender I am she is my wifu. The thing is Yuunoa just doesn't click with me, like it clicks with others. Shinoa is soooo cool on her own, but if you pair her with Yuu, it makes her look like your average Shounen Manga Love Interest, and she would loose all her coolness. While on the other hand, you know who's others favorite character is? Mikaela Hyakuya. But, sure he's cool on his only, but what exactly was the reason he turned cool? It was Yuichiro. Mika wouldn't be were he is now if it wasn't for Yuu. Yuu wouldn't even be part of their "family" if it wasn't for Mika and the others, who he thought and really did die. I'm not just one of those fujoshi that just rant "Mikayuu is the best. Yuunoa should just die." I'm really analyzing here. I may not be updated on the latest chapters, but keep the beginning in mind. Sorry this is so long and I wasted your time. And... Mikayuu and it's shounen-ai undertones is...
Thank you for finally putting it into words on WHY you think it's better. While I think the little reaction Shinoa has when she saw Yuu in chapter 57 was cute, MikaYuu stills seems more realistic with how the story goes, even if it's just queerbaiting.
For those who really want to see them together at the very end, then read the author's afterword, even if you can't understand it. They look so cute!!
