koiwazurai shibito has a manga with this plot, but it involves an abusive relationship and incest so idk if thats ur thing. the manga is called Sanshoku Mazareba Kuro ni Naru. another of her manga, sugar dark, also has a similar plot (without the incest) in one of its chapters.
