Anyone remembers a shoujo manga where the ML is a deaf guy, but he plays the drums (well not drums exactly, but those ones that you see in festivals) and the FL was super amazed by him and chases him down, by learning the drums as well? I think they start dating too

Hey guys I'm searching for this manga I read a while ago. It's a shoujo manga in which the male lead was engaged to the MC's friend/sister. However the CM loved this guy as well. And one point the male lead gets into an accident in which he loses his eye sight. His gf at that time couldn't bear it and left him(?) and the MC stayed by his side while pretending to be this gf( I think they have a similar voice?). Later he gained his eyesight and wishes to marry his gf because he thought she stayed with him all this time
