If someone tells you how to dress or look, you should suggest they perhaps die. Looks aren't important and everyone gets old and saggy and incontinent eventually (unless they die young lol) so it doesn't matter. Just put on some leggings and a t-shirt and try to survive the day. Genuinely sorry that happened to you, it sounds incredibly awful and traumatic. I know it probably feels overwhelming now, but as with all things, the passing of time will make it easier to bear.
