I don’t mind their ship, cuz Lucas already seems to like Athy a little bit, even though he doesn’t notice his own jealousy
But magicians supposedly lock away their emotions cuz of their powers
And Athy hasn’t really shown any love interest in Lucas, I think she sees him more as a friend
But there probably will be more changes in their relationship in the future
Right now, I’m looking forward to the hairpin thing and hot papa saving the day
I am rooting for Lucas. They've been together for more than 9 years and if Lucas feels something for her, it might damn well be the purest emotions in the series. From what I could gather, he's been locked up asleep for a long time and he's actually really powerful. If somebody like that actually starts to care for someone, wouldn't that be something?
Also, Ezekiel has met Athy for just 6 times. I'm having a hard time believing that he's already in love with her on the first meeting too. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Agreed, Lucas has known her for a long time, and Ezekiel has barely even talked to her. It just really depends on what the author wants to do
