From the beginning of the series it has been obvious that sawamura though he is the mc is always shown as secondary character....both furuya and sawamura did not get much recognition in middle school both learned breaking balls in high school so why does everyone think furuya is so great

when sawamura suffered the yips not a single person came to his aid or encouraged him but when furuya had a breakdown each and everyone encouraged him even sawamura..during the yips furuya treated sawamura very badly even that coach ochiai...and lets not tallk about miyuki and coach kataoka they sacrificed a game for furuya against ichidai but treated sawamura like good for nothing when he had yips ..they dont appreciate sawamura as they do furuya

Sawamura pls realize that you still have your lovable Chris senpai and your lovable wolf boy forget about miyuki if he doesn't trust you. Go muramura battery and chrisawa battery!

I do love the plot and everything but I sometimes hate how they treat sawamaru-kun. My baby sawamaru needs to be appreciated more for everything he’s been through and his efforts!!!!!! (;´༎Д༎`). And also MIYUKI!(♯｀∧´) YOU BETTER REDEEM YOURSELF AFTER THIS or not and let WOLF BOY take over (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

My hate for furuya has reached to the point of 'get the fuck out' in every scene he appears, no matter how small the panel is.

Anyway, i feel like the only reason Sawamura even still expects validation from Miyuki is because he was the first person he actually knew from Seido and helped him beat a big bad. Like a suspension bridge effect.

This chapter made me so emotional. My tears are literally dripping down to my cheeks. It saddens me that Eijun think that Miyuki chooses to opened up to Furuya and not to him. However I don't think that it was the case. Miyuki often talk with the starting pitcher before the game and I think that he opened-up with Furuya because it was him who was there. Meaning, it was all misunderstanding. But I also understand Eijun, Furuya is his rival and he's been competing with him ever since, and he was affected by the conversation because he thinks of Miyuki as his partner and yet he never once mention to him his plans; and for a long time also he's been trying to win Miyuki's acknowledgement. And no one knows if how much time is left to form battery with Miyuki since he's already third year and there's no certainty how many games they will be able to win. Additionally, I think that this is also an eye-opening situation for Eijun.

I just really love Eijun so much that it hurts me seeing him miserable like that :( I also love how the first years were there checking him up.

Your bound to be faced with reality no matter what you do but I'm glad the first years are still looking after him

What if Sawamura think that he wants to be a pro also and fight against Miyuki and Furuya? Is this chapter giving us hints that the mangaka wants it to be longer until they are all pros?(⊙…⊙ ) What do you think????
