There was even a small blush! Also the small pause before He Said I do seems reasonable. He was Just surprised by the straight forward question. And the memories were supposed to show that He truly does Care about Dojun.
Honestly I dont think that and i didnt see the small blush i think the doctor smirked and not smile bc it looked like he found an "interesting" toy so he will be playing around but I hope the doctor doesnt do that
