In the raws and from what I’ve seen of the translations it doesn’t quite seem like the omegas are in their respective roles. I think the fiancé took on the identity of the “real” omega to become the fiancé and the other one was told he was the fake and given the false name. He even mentions that the fiancé took his name and the fiancé calls him by his actual name in this latest chapter. That’s why the prince smells the uke and feels a type of way towards him but not towards his false omega fiancé.
