I also think Gozu was mid 20s maybe 27 max. Eve is at least 20 because he says he's old enough to drink in the early chapters and that's the drinking age in Japan
i don’t think gozu is that old. at most, i would say he’s 22-24. i say that because he started on his prostitue arc when he was in high school (presumably a minor, from the way he talks about it)
