Also imo the ending was rushed okay. The author didn't wrapped up any loose ends except for who Jaewon will end up. It was sloppy and unsatisfying.

Maybe the title refers to the relationship between Junseo and Jaewon. They are the two characters in the whole story that was shown to us readers how their relationship nurtured over time but the relationship that made us feel that there was a chance that the two could be something more was never developed or (to relate to the title) unripened.
