Whenever i want to self harm i draw or write with a pen, of course where I'd normally want to self harm. It still feels funny but is less damaging physically but mentally your brain thinks youre doing about the same. Aka you feel like you can cope better. Also it gets addicting because then your body turns into like a canvas and stuff. Also think of your life as to what you deserve rather than just wants and needs.
