If we put ourselves to his position, he likely assumed that Teacher and Bil has a romantic relationship (based on the kissing part ) while his Noona and Bil ate dating. Maybe this is the reason. He is mad cause u know his brother in law has an affair with his former teacher. (I think you stumbled to those stories where in the gay guy was cheated by another girl or sumthin)

Can I just say that Im really worried with their relationship. Unlike Dojin's family who are very laid back and rare tbh compare to rich families, Chowon's family scares me.
